Mindfulness provides us with simple and easily applied daily practices to help us increase our level of self-awareness.  This supports us to feel more calm, centred and authentic.  It assists us in making empowering decisions and mindfully responding to situations, instead of reacting to them.   

What you’ll learn:

·         What mindfulness is and how to apply it in your life

o   Guided mindfulness meditation practices 

·         Learn about the functionality of your brain to better understand yourself

o   Neuroplasticity – how mindfulness changes your brain

·         How to use mindfulness to improve your emotional wellbeing

o   Build resilience for handling stress and anxiety

·         How to use mindfulness to improve your mental wellbeing

o   Learn thought defusing techniques to better handle your inner critic 

·         Become even more joyful, confident and free to express your true colours by being your authentic self

o   Be a positive change in this world – when you live your most powerful and rewarding life as a confident and free woman, a conscious creator of your desired experience; you make your life an example for others.  And like a ripple that flows out from a central point, you will contribute to making this world an even better place, now and for future generations.  

This program is complementary to Discover and Live your Core Values and Effective Communication skills to stay true to you and can be done in either order.

This will be an intimate workshop with maximum of 10 women.
