GRATITUDE is one of the greatest gifts to support us in significantly improving our quality of life.  Research shows practicing gratitude can contribute to stress reduction, improved resilience, mental and emotional health and well-being.

 

This 1.5-hour course uses the Intuitive Art process.  Designed to support you to be even more at peace, feeling happier and stronger.

Intuitive Art is a process that helps you deepen your self-awareness and explore your thoughts and emotions.
You are then guided into a process of expressing the experience creatively through drawing. Once captured, you reflectively use the art work to gain even more personal insights.

 

This course covers the following:

  • What makes gratitude effective.
  • How to deepen your experience of gratitude.
  • Guided meditation.
  • Use Intuitive Art to capture your gratitude experience.

 

WHAT TO BRING:
Paper and either color pencils, pastels, paints or textures. Notepad and pen. And an Open Heart and Mind 😊
